Great, the lawyers being called....

This press release from CCSI is kind of pathetic. Threatening to sue Asensio becasue he said things CCSI didn't like? You may not like Asensio (I find him entertaining), but if you look at his history, you will see that companies that history eventually proved to be fraudulent also responded to Asensio with threats of lawsuits (no, I am not saying that this is reversible logic, that companies that bring lawsuits must be fradulent).

Is this the response of a confident, performing company? Sounds like the response of a desparate company. A press release reiterating its progress in talks with medical device manufacturers would have been the best response. Instead, there is a clumsy attempt to try to intimidate critics, and a foolish attempt, becasue Asensio does not have a history of backing down.

I have looked at Asensios post, and all he offers is an alternative verison of the facts. Vicious and sarcastic? Yes. But that is not against the law. Can anybody name me a **single** fraudulent statement he made? (Keep in mind *fraud* requires a mens rea, you have to prove intention to mislead).
