I haven't found an easy way. Here's how I do it:

go to quote.yahoo.com
enter the stock symbol in the type-in field
switch the drop-down list to 'research'
push the 'Get Quotes' button
click the <new>Detailed Research<new> link
click the 'Insiders' link on the 'More Info' line

and you're there, in only 6 easy steps!

It appears that they are organizing things like:

biz.yahoo.com letter of symbol>/<symbol>.html

but I don't know if that's true for all symbols.
