<<Finally some type of response,belated but welcome.>> Actually, on further reflection, I do agree, especially because CCSI can use this as an opportunity to toot its horn in some detail. I hope they do more than merely mull over forcing legal action; otherwise the ethically challenged will continue to thrive. I also hope that their statement arrives prior to market opening. So far, CCSI's concern for shareholders (wasn't that supposedly the CEO's forte?) seems rather wanting.
