To: All. I don't follow this board every day, but I do have some DCTC. The co came out with a 10-QSB on 11-14-96. The thing I found disturbing was in item 4 - Submission of Matters to a vote of security holders. C) Amendment to the Company's Restated Certificate of Incorporation and By-Laws to increase the number of common shares received from conversion of each share of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock from 1/3 share to one hundred shares. The vote was 2,369,389 for, 234,473 against, and 5,293 abstained. This looks like massive dilution and I thought Joe Murphy said this was droped from the meeting agenda. Any comments?
