KA, Agreed and they certainly could have made a lot more money if they had been on the up and up. The REG-S is chump change compared to what a properly managed shell could have generated. Would it be a problem to post the e-mail here or does that complicate things? Seems like a lot of people will want to read it,regards,p.b.
