Al, The bearish signal reversed is actually a very bullish signal.
See the write-up in Tom's book starting on page 57. A bearish signal
reversed is a the first buy signal that happens after a series of lower tops and lower bottoms.

Thanks for flagging this action on LU. ValueLine has this unrated
for timeliness right now, so some FA is required. Technically, it is a screaming buy.
