You have a better argument with ZONA, although I would not call it a fraud. I think TXB has an above average chance of succeeding, for a start-up biotech.

BTW, that is not how I remember the discussion back then. As I remember it, you didn't know that the TXB had submitted anything to the FDA at that time, and you didn't think that they ever would.

Are you still recommending shorting SEAGATE? They were up strong today on bullish forecasts for the information storage/management sector.
