AMERIRESOURCE TECHNOLOGIES FILES FORM 10-QSB

ARET announced today that it has filed form 10-QSB, the quarterly report under section 13 or 15 (d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, for the quarterly period ended March 31, 1998. Pursuant to the filing the corporate offices have been relocated to 8815 Long Lenexa KS 66215

Please note that this came off Bloomberg today...did not see anything on Edgar but something should appear soon.
