OK, with that I will pledge to make E3 in Atlanta next year. However I won't be an apologist to Scott regardless of what a great fishing buddy he might be. People in the game business don't get far being snotty and/or snooty so The Scott Miller's attitude perplexed me. I can't wait to walk up to him and say "Hey! Are you THE SCOTT MILLER!" I give him credit, he took his deserved bashing like a man and he deserves to reap the benefits of his work. Now the true test will be whether he grants me a private screening. (smirk)

Now as for GT. The originator of this thread I give high praise to. He actually predicted the Virgin acquisition about two years ago. he didn't call out any other companies but this one so he gets an A+. I on the other hand simply told him that I thought if GT was going to grab something that Virgin would be the one to go for. Virgin/Westwood has some absolutely awesome titles. Bladerunner, Command and Conquer and Lands of Lore all have a good following (especially C&C). I am with Buddy on GT, they still haven't instilled a lot of confidence in me. As I watch it drop like a rock as usual I still say that I am going to wait until 6-6.5 before I would jump in. Unfortunately, I think it could do it! How's that for positive reinforcement.
