Cheryl, ... especially when they benefit the corp. as a whole & put appl. vendors out of business. When this happens, the Feds are going to hear about it and be all over you like glue. Again, what APIs? What specific applications were put out of business by what APIs? Scott McNealy recently said that MSFT should be forced to open up their OS to the public or be busted up. The DOJ is listening.... I agree that the DOJ is listening to Scott McNealy, Jim Barksdale, and Larry Ellison. I wonder how much that costs? Thanks, Mike
