Dear Wm,

I don't think we can trust the S-8's to be entirely accurate. What is clear is that quite a few people (ostensibly former ICMX shareholders)
received stock in SEXI in the acquisition. Some of the S-8's describe specific duties they were to perform. Unlikely those descriptions are accurate. Not sure whether Brian Jackson was former ICMX shareholder, but I hav heard that he was simply an investor, pumping money into SEXI. The fact that he married Disney's grand daughter made a convenient story that his shares were contingent on landing the Disney deal. It is unlikely that was the case.

Still, we need to question why the ICMX people got any shares at all. Near as I can tell, all Huttoe got in the deal was a bunch of debt, a few lawsuits, and a bunch of ex-CIA freeloaders eager to turn their worthless ICMX stock into hyped SEXI shares. I'm not sure these people still have all of their stock despite anything you might have read regarding lockups. The dates of stock distributions also likely to be bogus. In a few cases, that I know of, the stock was received much later than the S-8's described, even though the certificates are dated months earlier.

All in all, ICMX had nothing to sell good old Charlie, But he undoubtedly made a few people rich. In light of the number of people we haven't found, why haven't our CIA friends found and helped to prosecute them. Maybe I've been watching too much TV, but it strikes me that these guys could find anybody if they needed to. Yet, we don't hear about Oswaldo Friselli eg and numerous others who appear to have done nothing in terms of securing business for SEXI.

A while back, I mused about the possibility that this could be another CIA front. That possibility still exists. Let's face it, for the 21,000,000 shares still unaccounted for, that could have translated into $80,000,000 out there. Why bother to run arms or drugs when you can put negotiable stock cetificates out there to potentially fund an operation or two.

JILTED and wish I had been watching TV instead of going to the Boston show
