The acquisition of the British-based company is expected to be "modestly dilutive" to earnings in the third quarter, but will boost earnings after that, Network Associates (NETA) said. Network Associates, which was formed in a mega-merger last year between McAfee Associates and Network General, has made more than a dozen acquisitions over the past three years.
