Pretty cleverl folks. They know the street views Dell as a well run, lean company => no fat to cut to improve the bottom line when there is no top line growth. So they are trying to say "oh, dont worry, there is plenty of fat to cut.

Well, I have 2 words for them: FAT CHANCE!
