Thanks, Alan...let me take you one step further. Two nuts-and-bolts questions and a speculation:

I hesitate to buy IGT because of that $56m litigation from Global sitting out there. No decision yet. Thoughts?

And...why did Prudential Securities downgrade IGT a few days ago?

Speculation: I have only vague knowledge of the disruption at the top going back a year. The aging CEO retires...an outsider assumes his title...the wheels fall off and a bunch of execs run off to CSDS. Atilla The Hun is thrown out, aging CEO comes back out of the bullpen...the execs all return to IGT. So...don't we still have a near-term need for the next CEO? And since promotion did not come from within last time, is it not reasonable to assume no messiah exists within the ranks of IGT, meaning once again the Company will look elsewhere?

And could (this thought occurred the moment I saw how incestuious this IGT/AGAM relationship was) therefore, IGTs next CEO be your genius, Mr. Acres?
