Jim,

I thought we might get a bit more bounce in the stock from the press release confirming some of the affiliations Cycomm has been developing. Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't this particularly good timing for CYI to be promoting its secure computing equipment inasmuch as the budget cycle for federal spending starts in October? Depending on previous testing results from Boeing and presumably others, it seems that this would be the time for procurement budgets to be drafted for approval. And haven't there been some news reports lately on ramping up rugged computing capability for military field operations? Expansion of deployed unit-level territory coverage that should be achieved in part because of improved information management on the line where it really counts.

The part of the growth scenario for CYI that makes me a bit edgy is the production capability. I guess that is where talk about a potential buyout might make sense: increased sales and new market expansion for PC hardware makers. If it happens that CYI has the security clearances and is listed in the procurement schedules, then surely large-volume production facilities will be required.

As a footnote, CYI is looking very good in my technical chart.
