Matt, I have to wonder why "CathyC", aka Mr. Royall appeared to be threatening you the other day regarding your comments. I have no idea who you are, but it would appear you know more than the average person about SEXI and the industry. Your apparent knowledge regarding ICMX's history seemed to rub "CathyC" the wrong way. To this point I would say the "evidence" you have presented seems more credible. Of course I reserve the right to change my mind should "CathyC" present His/Her(??) version of the story.

As far as you go, CathyC, go ahead and threaten your lawsuits. I've already been threatened with a "Federal Injunction for Slander" by one individual. If anyone can possibly explain what this means I'd sure like to hear. In any event, I shaking in my boots --- NOT. It seems to me that it's a whole lot easier to threaten legal action than to effectively market a product. Quite frankly I am getting quite disgusted with threatened legal action at this point. Especially by the parties who have seemed to make money on this deal. All I know is I purchased shares of a company that was hyped up by certain PR people and SEXI management, AND NOTHING THAT WAS "PROMISED" EVER CAME TRUE. I think you people have A LOT OF NERVE threatening us with legal action. In fact, your actions ASTOUND ME. Is it now the goal of SEXI management to alienate even their most loyal shareholders??????? If so, I commend you. You are doing a fine job.

Cancellation of attending the trade show is just the latest "disappointment", although probably not that unexpected. I suppose we will never again hear about the audit of financials, or any of those VARs which the company has been promising for months. How are those negotiations with the state of Florida going? Sorry for the negative tone, CathyC, but this company just doesn't seem to be able to get the job done. Of course, all of this is in my opinion, so please refrain from threatening more legal action. Unfortunately, all I have left right now with SEXI is my opinion. Again, and this is just my take on things (I think for now on disclaimers in every post are necessary), but I would say that cancellation of the trade show means that the "new product", which was promised by Dec. 7th, ain't going to be ready by then. If this is the case, I wonder when, if ever, it will be ready. A fair question to ask, BEING THAT I AM AN OWNER IN THIS COMPANY????

The company is supposedly out of cash, and I'm curious about how they plan on raising money. CathyC, who would want to fund SEXI at this point? At what do they expect in return? Either scenario sounds like the small investor is going to get screwed.............AGAIN.

Those that sue, cannot do.
Those that do, never get sued.

CathyC, shareholders are looking for results. Anything at this point. Announce a VAR agreement and you'll restore confidence. Being a realist, my opinion (notice the disclaimer again) is that the next press release will have numbers. As in #11. CathyC, prove me wrong. There wouldn't be anyone happier to see it.
