Hi John, I don't have the MF available at home and I didn't check it at the end of the day. But last time I checked intraday it was down less than 10M for the day.

I think CPQ has a lot more upside at this point than Dell. But it might see some resistance around 31 which is ~200dma. I would not underestimate their might. They have nothing to lose, Dell has a lot. There is potentially a giant W forming on the CPQ chart. But we may get some "buy the rumor sell the news" here, and the risk of missing the Q is pretty high (though well known and therefore most likely in the price). On Thurs. I think they will try to assert their strategy for the merged operations/marketing as well as more details on the net strategy. Basically further build investor confidence by showing they have a REAL plan.
