I don't think we should consider JM departure as a "brain drain". edocs is a start-up company. edocs closed its first round of venture capital financing .... It needs people with specific skills and Jim Moran is one of them. He was a key member of the management team that led CheckFree through dramatic growth over the past four years.

CF is out of this period. New tasks require new skills and make old skills obsolete. This is probably why they hired Limbert who spent 20 years with Banc One.
