IPM was on the Canadian OTC but was kicked off
for failing to maintain listing requirements one
of which is a minimum of "honesty" (disclosure)
in reporting as an issuer. Something about its
reports fell short of the CND dealer's networks
minimum standards for total disclosure of business
dealings. The OTC is considered quite lax in Canada.
The stiffest standards believe it or not is the VSE.
