In reading pre-announcements recently, I am struck that I see the words "will result in a technical default on blah's $%#@$$$ credit facility. Blah is in discussions with its lenders." Hello! That's a polite way of saying "you better get out of this stock now. Management would if it could." This market is looking sick.
