Hi Hubert, The ISO and ANSI stuff as CK refers to them really only have application when one is "heads up" with a like endowed competitor dealing in similar markets. To some it is like using gold plating, just to say it is used, as opposed to having any real impact on product value other "eyewash". To those "initiated" it is a frustrating process, especially when they in effect want to see every aspect of the Biz. Would SOE have been that forthcoming? Would they even qualify for consideration? Possibly the reason for the poop is that SOE implied (misrepresentation of product?) the ISO relationship to snare marketplace attention and or creditability. My dealings with ISO certification (by outside organizations) have been limited, but that didn't make the dealing easy! I guess, it's just that SOE claimed the link, now they don'y claim it any more. To Billy Bob... Just when I get ready to hurl all my SOE cookies, along comes what even seems like positive, light at the end of the tunnel information! Hanging in there, down to the cuticle...
