Do you all remember when the FDA made Vivus pull the TV commercials?

The FDA was breathing down Vivus's neck and said that the commercials were misleading because they used a woman's voice.

I might also add that I recall that FA Mark Haines from CNBC saying something to the effect that Vivus was engaged in false or misleading advertising and had their ads pulled. He said this right before the interview with Wilson. I don't see how using a woman's voice is misleading--in fact I think it was a good idea.
