Spoke to Mike Brown today. Any numbers will be kept close to his/HD vest. Hinted that, yes, like contracts are be worth between $250-750k. Also indicated that contract maintenance could be worth some $, 'though didn't say how much. Believe he indicated that there is no CNKT revenue/royalty from each transaction. Seemed pretty well versed in E-Commerce. He also indicated the CNKT was one of the more professional companies they've signed on. Seemed very happy. The system seems to be in place already. Also expects HD will come on line with additional software soon. In general, he felt E-Commerce has a 12-18 month window before it starts to roll. This is based on the time it takes to build confidence in the fiscal security of the system and educate users; most apartment complex owners are not apt to be too proficient in internet tech and less so on commerce. General impression was good. I would expect additional deals will continue to roll in, will revenues due to stepped up maintenance and E-market acceptance unfolding early next year. Should be good for pops on the way up following establishment of fresh bases. TA shoes 20exp BBands tightening well. Combo stochRSI dropping fast. 14SO & 8RSI same. CO is coming off a big bottom. ADX/R8 looking to go below 20. Charts will be interesting in a week, along w/the timeline for another PR? Price may slip a little, but if the PRs keep coming, $2 looks like a good base near term, w/50-200DMA running $2-5. Scope, what's your line on insider activity? What percentage of float? What percentage of personal holdings? Thanks. LB
