David, thanks for the info.

I see that this coming Friday, the U.S. Senate's Special Committee on the Year 2000 Technology Problem will be holding a hearing to examine how the year 2000 computer conversion will affect utilities and the national power grid.

Hopefully C-SPAN will cover this.
