To All,

Just received the following from Keith Moeller in response to my e-mail to him:

<<Dear Martin,
To me it would seem that the US market is still short, why else would you have such an absurd spread on the stock $0.37 at $0.63. It seems that they want to buy some shares at a basement price without selling any on the other side. I expect the shorts that may have been produced have not been covered yet.
Also, we have gone through periods where we have traded few shares before. Last year we had several periods that lasted weeks, but we still traded over 7 million shares on the year and that was on the Alberta exchange alone and in the wake of Brex. I know it seems slow right now but we have traded about 3 million shares in the last 2 months. I also think the fact that silver has dropped about a dollar an ounce hasen't helped, I know that our price climbed when silver went up in February.
You really seem to have it out for our PR company, and it may be true that they need a wake up call, but they have got us printed in a bunch of professional mining and other newspapers and magazines even in the last few weeks. They also sent out over 7,000 of our Industry and Investment News brochures to brokers all over the US and Canada, with also a good follow up program. We have had information printed in the Business in Calgary Magazine, The Northern Miner, The Mining Record and others.
I am sorry to hear about Claude, I enjoyed talking to him when he called. But, as it should be, he is free to do as he chooses. As for myself, I will continue to be right here working and helping to oversee what I think is an exciting time of growth for us. We are moving on all fronts and have a shareholder meeting in about a month. We are currently opening up two new veins with tunnels, the assays are looking good and I can't wait to start getting ore for the mill from them as well. I expect that as we go along we will loose a few supporters, but as we continue to grow I think we will also gain new ones.
Have a Good Day,
Keith

PS. you are welcome to share my views with Dan and the rest of the
gentleman on SI if you choose. >>

May I suggest that all of those having a vested interest in Clifton send Keith an e-mail: Keith Moeller <clifton@cliftonmining.com> expressing your feelings regarding the lack of public press releases regarding the Company's progress, etc.. The PR firm sending out info to brokerages, magazines, etc. is fine, but (IMHO) we need the investing public to have a steady stream of news from the Company. A higher stock price is to all our advantage... not from a trading point of view, but from an investment aspect. The higher the stock price, the less dilution that will occur in the future. Most of us know the story behind Clifton. The problem, at least as I see it, is that the investing public for the most part doesn't even know Clifton Mining exists... forget addressing its enormous potential. Certainly the price of silver has had some bearing on the stock price, but how many people know that Clifton can produce at a very low relative cost due to the presence of other metals in the ore? How many know that only a small percentage of the property has been thoroughly assayed? And on and on and on.

Am interested in other's thoughts. Let's see if we can get some talk going on this thread.

Best wishes,

Marty
