Joe, first, we must give credit where credit is due.... That belongs to P.E. Allen... He is the one who brought AOXY to our attention.... I had spoken to them on Monday morning and they had faxed me some info on their product lines... I will do an overall summary hopefully somtime today.. They are getting all the vital numbers: outstanding shares, exact float size(which is very small; possibly less than 5 million) transfer agents phone number, etc.. They said they would have all that info to me no later than Wednesday... Nancy A. Gaylord is the lady I spoke to on Monday... She did say, "We will be issuing a press release soon." I told her about SI and the new interest in the company; that may have spurned her on to get the release out a little sooner, because when she was talking about soon, in her terms that meant a couple of weeks... From my conversation with her on Monday, I was more concerned about the float size and any Reg. S and not so much about products, but she did state, AOXY is making alliances with major retailers and manufaturers.... AOXY could get gobbled up real quick in a acquisition.. One very important thing she did state, "we are profitable, have been profitable, and definitely will be more profitable in the upcoming qtrs. because of the new alliances.... AOXY has just moved from my short term portfolio to a long and I will be buying more today....
