Shorts will be feeling pain pretty soon. There is a lot of activity on the long side here that will push this stock back into the 20's before too long. On the patent front: Someone would have to challenge the patent for it to be invalidated. Once a patent is issued, you basically have to wait until it expires or take a license from the assignee to practice the invention. Actrade's patent is unusual, but, it will provide protection for TADs. I am long in the stock and believe the company will beat their estimates. I believe earnings will be announced in July. Anyone have a solid estimate for the fiscal year?
