Back in March - the last time I looked - the cash value of the company was about 1.70 per share. (Give or take a penny). Since they have essentially no ongoing operations, I don't think its changed at all. The last couple months the stock has been selling for well over its "cash-out" value.

Regarding the management's cushy jobs - I believe there is a strong incentive to make something out of the remaining cash. The officers own the stock too. Jack Tseng and family still own something like 1 million shares. Eventually the board will prod these guys to do something since the board is supposed to represent shareholders. A rising stock and even a profit means bonuses for the officers, and probably most importantly, there is something called pride.

I think there is a lot of pressure to do something with the cash. Whether they choose something worthwhile or not is another story.

Frankly, I'm surprised the stock is sitting between 2 and 3 without any news.

Patiently,

Bobb
