Igen should experience some index fund buying as the Russell 3000 and Russell 2000 index funds reconstitute the companies included in these indexes. Each year on May 31 they recalculate based predominately on market capitalization which firms are included in the index. Last year Igen had a market cap of around 95 million. This year it is over 500 million. The smallest company included in the index last year had a market cap of 171 million.
