Thoughts for today:

Certainly things "look" like they are improving. Nothing like the good old days however to bring things into perspective. Back when the company was telling us that retailers were going to pop up all over the country selling the uniViews. From the side of the fence of the ones that have bought into the stock at the current low prices, they do have good shot at getting very good returns. (But I thought too that at my cost $14.35, it was a good price....and that it would not go much lower. Boy was I wrong!) Is there any difference between my price and the newcomers thinking this was the low? After going though the pain, I can see how the current price could drop down to .12 again and a reverse split take place to bump it back up. Everything depends on whether or not the company really has something this time.

I remember exactly one year ago last June the comments that Neal was sending me. I had asked him about the price dropping so low, and the dilution rate increasing so high and why the company did not inform the shareholders more. If I recall the comments back then, he said they have continually tried to inform the stockholders and the general public as to what are plans are for uniView. There have been times when we have had to change dates and change plans Neal said....this has resulted in some loss of credibility, but the reaction would be the same if we said nothing at all. We have had to change dates in the past for a variety of reasons. I can tell you that we plan to have uniView set-top boxes in Communications Expo in Dallas before the end of June....that is what we are all working on. After this is accomplished, we will then have product in Fry's and Brandsmart. On advertising, we feel that the upcoming television ads, print ads that we are working on, etc., will start getting out the word once uniView is on the shelves. The kiosk strategy we have come up with will be the key selling point. Giving the consumer the ability to try out the product and review all features in the store should greatly enhance its salability. We had full-color sketches of the kiosks at the CES show - those who saw them were impressed with the concept. It has been a long road for all of us - we are all waiting for the day uniView is available for sale and to see our vision as reality. For our investors, it has been a stressful past 14 months. For myself, without question, this has been the most up and down emotional roller coaster I've ever been on. Now that sales have begun, we hope to change Curtis Mathes from a company with just an idea/concept to one with a viable, in demand product.

Are we any closer to the real begining of getting out of the starting gate one year later? Just a thought.
