Matt, the only problem with that scenario is that MRV management has openly stated they are not willing to be acquired. I think they are very closed minded about this. Consider management is a bunch of techs who think their products are better than everyone else's and they will one day own the entire market because of this superiority. Ridiculous as this may sound, this is the impression I got from speaking to Noam.

Look for more product innovations, more debt or equity to fund these innovations, and more than likely increased PR to help investors understand these innovations and how they will one day help us line our pockets...if we're patient. Of course, when earnings increase over 40% year over year, you'd think the stock would do something on its own, wouldn't you?
