Just tried calling CAWS' CFO, IR firm and John Prisco and got no answer at each number. Now: (1) should I be pissed off that they are not in on Saturday working on this?; or, (2) should I realize that this lawsuit is just a bunch of BS and they are not going to waste their weekend worrying about it? Personally, I vote for number 2, and if they are not going to waste their weekend worrying about this then why should I?!

If there is a big tanking at 9:30 Monday I'll watch it bottom out, rush in and buy, and watch it bounce back up. More then likely, nothing of consequence will happen.

For brighter news, for those who get Consumer Reports read page 13 of the December issue. In an article on Cable versus DBS they have a few paragraphs on wireless cable, BANX's and Pac-Tel's efforts, and say it is "worth considering as A TV alternative." Yet, they do say they want to see the digital services running first--don't we all--drawing an analogy to the CATV industry who said they were switching to digital a few years ago. CAWS is not mentioned by name, but the BANX markets CAWS is working in are.
