I agree on the upside..

While I do not completely understand the product, It seems the larger expenses are up front, and once a product is designed, revenue goes up, expenses go down, and margins as well as cash flow expand.

I do prefer to be conservative. Any high margin business draws competition and pricing pressure, eventually contracting margins and requiring more R&D expense to keep ahead.

What really drew me to this company was the name accounts. To sell a product to customers as sophisticated as they have, everything has to be right. Good product, good sales and marketing support. And these companys don't purchase products from service providers that won't be around in the future.
