Mr. Kornblum: I am happy to announce that after a meeting of the board of directors of S&Z you have been named corporate counsel. Congratulations! Now, what the heck should we do? 1. Nothing 2. Register with the law firm (and that way we know what they are up to and will get something out of any settlement, no matter how remote the odds) 3. Call CAWS and demand an immediate and public response 4. Register a complaint against the law firm with the NY Bar 5. Something/anything else Form a non-lawyer's point-of-view I see no merits to their claim. What is your legal opinion? I do understand your point that CAWS will now lose time and money screwing around with these jerks. Any possibility of a counter lawsuit by CAWS or other CAWS shareholders claiming that the law firm is intentionally doing this to pick CAWS's pockets and/or ultimately hurt the shareholders. I think we would all appreciate any advice you could provide. Thank you.
