What post got him suspended and how do you know that DES was suspended? It doesn't look like Trenzich was though because I just read a post of his before yours.

Personally, I believe you are very WRONG on the price of ACRI stock following the split--It will climb not decline! If TVL gets anywhere near $3 by August, I will be amazed. But, good luck to one and all.
