CFCC here it is: Vol. 122000 up 54% read this;

<< I picked-up the phone this morning and had another
nice conversation with Larry
Finklestein (sp?) CFCC's pres.

All remains on track in terms of expanding areas of
operation. They still plan
on booking rev.'s in Q3.

We discussed the size of the float -- ~8.5mm held by
insiders and ~3.5mm
available to the public. I asked if increased buying by the
public would
loosen insider sales. He emphatically said - NO WAY!
There are some restrictions
on their sales, but more importantly to him was their
knowledge of where
valuation was headed. We did not discuss specific
numbers.

I asked him directly about potential for dilution due to
Reg.S moves or
or other types of equity financing. He was adamant about
the fact that
their main "problem" was having TOO MUCH CASH ON
HAND and that they were
working to find proper ways to put it to work. There is
noway, according
to him, that dilution can even be considered.

There' more but suffice it to say that he was open to
answering and
discussing all questions and concerns. No red flags. The
story remains
strong and positive. It's a start-up BB and the price will
act like it
but eventually, if they stay the course, the market will
discover them
and the share price will reflect their profitability. >>>
