Chris,

In the latest _BARRON'S_ there was
an interesting interview with a
hedge fund manager who is pretty
bearish. He had some interesting
data on the so called "Global Market"
and how it has moved together
for all of this century. He compared
the economies of Japan, USA, Australia,
and about 30 other Nations from about
1900. There was a strong correlation
between all of the countries either
in growth phases or ressesion. This
indicates that we have yet to feel the
Asia impact. That data should be of
concern to everyone. Alan Greenspan
has also said repeatedly that we have
yet to feel the fallout but that it is
coming soon.
