Reference to Dick Yoder. Yoder was one of the 30 (max allowable under Virginia law) original ICMX shareholders. I believe his father was also one of the 30. In any event, he can represent no technical capability at all. When I saw him frequently during the span from December '94 thru November '95 he often had difficulty bringing up the game of Solitaire on a PC screen so he could enjoy himself. Beyond that, I never became aware he had other technical attributes. So, if Inovision was "dealing with Yoder", their technical people must have had a difficult time.
