A relayed message from Telephonics...response to post 7623 Lightwave has no patents issued covering their technology. Their applications for patents are pending and the issuance thereof iis in the hands of the Patent Examiner at the Patent Office. This does not cause Lightwave any concern because patent pending applications, I understand, are not releasable by the patent office to other interested parties. I personally contacted the "inventor" at Lightwave again this morning confirming my understanding. He confirmed what I have said herein. Telephonics
