Transformation Processing Inc. And Oracle Corporation Form New
Business Alliance Partnership (Bap)

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Transformation Processing, Inc. (OTC BULLETIN BOARD: TPII), a
leading global provider of end-to-end automated software migration solutions and computer code translation software, today
announced that they have become a Business Alliance Partner (BAP) of Oracle Corporation. Transformation Processing's
translation software and solutions empower companies to swiftly and cost-effectively migrate their legacy
mainframe/mid-range applications and databases to lower-cost and more productive open systems and client/server
networks. In so doing, companies save millions of dollars that otherwise would be spent on maintaining outdated
mainframe/mid-range computers or on years-long manual conversion projects.

"We are delighted that Oracle has recognized our unique solutions through this partnership," said Cary G. McCann,
Transformation Processing's President and Chief Operating Officer. "With our translation solutions, and Oracle databases,
companies can now completely integrate legacy applications and data with other corporate information resources to derive
significant competitive advantage."

Oracle believes this Business Alliance Partnership is key, because with Transformation Processing's solutions automating as
much as 97 percent of the migration effort to Oracle databases - and applications based on these databases - companies will
be able to cost-effectively leverage information resources throughout their enterprise as they never could before.

The Oracle partnership is consistent with Transformation Processing's overall marketing strategy to distribute its technology
globally through alliances with leading industry software developers and systems integrators. The company offers these
partners the unique opportunity to provide their customers with any-to-any translation - any platform to any platform, any
database to any database. SOURCE Transformation Processing Inc.
