2/10/98 posting by Don Schoenbeck:

With all due respect, and please take this for what it is worth, don't believe what is going on
just yet! I have been down this road and was told to look at the long term, this will be a part
of a multi billion dollar industry and on and on. Are you aware of the failed business trys
during the last 2 years?

I don't want to let the air out here, but there is a reason that the stock is at .10, well
really .01 for those of us who have been in before the wonderful reverse split.

By the way, next time you talk to the company and the earnest Joe Gort, ask him why he
told us 18 months ago that SMRY/LUMA/RICI/ICVI/ICCI would be listed on the NASDAQ
soon and why has that not happened? and ask him where our Internet TV dividend, that we
were to get March 17, 1997, is at? Ask him how mallscapes is doing? Ask him where the boat is?
Ask him what happen the rice internet project? Ask him where Aztec is!!!

Yes we have been on this road before, I want to know how they are funding these
purchases!! You know if these stores are doing so well, why the hell would they sell them to
a company that has a wonderful past in failed business themselves.....

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 23, 1998--International Casino Cruises Inc.
(OTCBB:ICVI) announced today a Letter of Intent has been signed to acquire 100
percent of the assets of Mountain Energy, an oil and gas concern based in Houston,
Texas. The acquisition by International Casino Cruises Inc. (ICCI) will be paid with
restricted common shares only.

Mountain Energy owns and controls the mineral rights in West Virginia that contain
approximately 1.98 billion cubic feet of gas and 10,000,000 tons of coal, as well as
other properties that all combined, have an estimated fair market value in excess of
$200,000,000.
==================================================================

That item should really pick things up, right?

Wrong - on May 15 ICVI is down to a nickel per share.

Then, before the market opens on Monday, May 18, a small investment group, Stockwiz,
makes this pick:

=======================================================================
INTERNATIONAL CASINO CRUISES INC. (ICVI)
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Price: .045
52 Week High: 2.50
52 Week Low: .02
Outstanding Shares: Approx.: 15 Million
Float of Shares: Approx.: 9 Million

International Casino Cruises and Mountain Energy have agreed to merge. We at Stockwiz
were hesitant to list ICVI as a pick because of the possibility of a reverse split of the shares
after completion of the merger. Now we have learned from the management of ICVI
,"There will be no reverse split, this venture will be done on a dollar for dollar basis, to
give our shareholders full value."
...
We at Stockwiz rate ICVI a strong buy and hold.
========================================================================

I bring this item to the attention of SI, BOBz, and a pointer at Cyberwhispers on Sunday,
May 17. The stock starts to climb, by Wednesday newbies from IGVI come in to do some buying,
and ICVI begins to climb to well over $1.00. The "Rocketeers" with their collective
buying power power, corner the float.

Then on Business Wire - May 21, 1998 06:34 - confirmation !

=========================================================================

The same scam artist, Joe Gort, and don't think for a second he is merely doing "Investor
Relations for SRMY/LUMA/RICI/ICVI/MEIT, largely is behind all these "acquisitions".
Worth 2.85/share, huh, Gort?

Naturally, heavy buying will drive up the price, and I sold all but a small amount of
my position at over $1.00, locking in an eight-bagger. If the rest goes to zero, what the
hell, the chips are free. My thanks got out to the Rocketeers and their flock.

but...

How long do you all think will endless hyping and cheerleading can keep the price of ICVI
from going back to a dime or less?

CONSIDER THE SOURCE. WHO IS SAYING WHAT IS AS IMPORTANT A PART OF DUE DILIGENCE AS WHAT
IS BEING SAID - AND AS LONG AS THE SOURCE IS JOE GORT, YOU CAN ASSUME IT IS TRASH.

My advice? Nah, I won't give you any advice - draw your own conclusions. I've just
given you a couple of facts for you to consider.
