Shadow always say, look at top men in your company and examine how they will fare in any venture. Human nature says feed me first, now will enough be left for shareholders OR will shareholders be the meal? Don Johnson, how's your wife? Oh I think she married that Banderis guy, so sorry to hear this. But you bring up point of stepping backwards, hmmmm question here is will any shares be protected from backward movement? And just what about those 32 million shares? See this very common practice but it not always work out. Shares swapped today get protected from reverse, then reverse, now company and management has many shares not at .02 but at 3.00. Now shadow knows what going to happen, do you?
