this is pushing absurdity to new limits. define "sales," please. otherwise, this sentence is beyond meaningless. kind of like me going to japan and selling a piece of bubblegum and saying my sales are increasing in japan faster than ibm's sales.

$100 - 200k sales with 25 - 65 mm shares outstanding is not meaningful. this company has not done squat. bbd, you seem to be trying to get others to believe differently. perhaps you ought to let us know a little about who you are and any relationships, investment or otherwise, with sexi.

gee, sexi, we'll buy your equipment but just agree not to tell anybody or we'll go to picturetel. all this from an alledged fraudulantly run company.

everyone on this thread ought to be insulted by the lack of respect you have for our ability to read this situation.

btw, i don't care if they have $200 mm in sales and $20 mm in profits. a lawsuit that sexi can't win will hit this company so fast and so hard it will file bankruptcy to avoid it's responsibility.

and i plan on being a part of the class action from hell.

i'm only holding for 1 reason. t least 1% of this company must be true. when this comes out i hope to make another $0.10 - $0.25.

then i'm out. i may leave even earlier if another investment looks better.

they don't need to idiot proof the software, though this s/b quite easy because idiots appear to be putting it together. they need to attorney proof the software. once all is said and done, about every attorney's office will be using soe equipment. and not b/c soe "sold" it either.
