This will take some time to run through. The original organization established by John Royal was ICMX-East. Associated on some bassis were Tully,Campbell and Christiensen. After a sale of some undefined supercomputer technolgy to Cray Royall left this scene.Although I've tried repeatedly I was never able to get confirmation on this from Cray. Bob Campbell personally told me that the reason Cray bought whatever was because it was a sever threat to the super computer product line if it fell into a competitor's hands and that Cray simply put this treasure in their attic and never used it. After Royal left the company changed its name to ICMX-Federal with Tully as Chaiman of Board,Campbell as President and Christensen as some sort of VP. In time and infull compliance with Virginia security regulations they sold shares to about 30 individuals. I cannot give a list for the names are hearsay to me.
Global International and American OverseasCorporation are just two more entities controlled by Tully. I do not know what either did as a business but I have seen chcks issued By Global made out to ICMX employees (With written employment contracts) and where there were serious arrears in salary due them and such ckecks were annotated "For Consulting Services".
As i've inputted before-as of 0916 22 Nov l996 the Commonwealth Attorney's office advised me that SOE was not licensed to do business in their state.

Registered agent-have no inkling.

Just as an aside John Royall established a company named Octagon which was subject of number of news stories in the Washington Post.
Again from memory the SEC closed this operation down-some questions about news releases concerning large overseas orders???
Currently Royal is running a new outfit named Digital Commerce Corporation which is located around the corner from Clyde's in Reston Va. A member of the Board of Directors of DCC is a guy named Jim Tully. Was it coincidence that Huttoe appeared in Clyde's rather than at Dom's-the usual hangout????
If any one would like to see a detailed resume of Tully and Royal from their latest private placement prospectus I can supply same.
