I thought Coal from the western states were much lower in sulfur than those states out in the east? Or do I have that reversed? I thought I read how COAL plants are becoming much more effiecient because they are now starting to rely on Coal from states like Wyoming that have low sulfur contents.... Just curious, -DavidCG
