Well, if CCSI were to go to court on this one, it would be interesting to find out in discovery how hard the company has been trying to unsuccessfully market its product, or alternatively, how little it has done. But given that CCSI has little cash, they would have to find a lawyer willing to challenge Asensio on contingency. Good luck finding that lawyer.
All of you claiming that anyone is going to be successfully sued or have SEC action taken against them for their posts here are in your own fantasy world. Nor will Asensio be successfully sued. Asensio is a pro. No matter what you think of him, he is not stupid, and will not do anything that would subject him to a successful suit. He does his thing to make money, just as every investor does. Virtually all of his comments are within the realm of opinion, and I see very few "facts" in his report that could be construed as intentional falsehoods.
I doubt any person here, long or short, invests without the hope that they will make money. So those of you saying that Asensio is doing this "just to make money" are being hypocritical at best, we are all here to make money. Some will make more than others on this one. Good luck to all of you.
