Gorcon, You are SO RIGHT!!! Gawd....and I feel so stupid for not thinking about the coming deregulation of the electric companies! OF COURSE!!!! This could do for the small energy companies what the deregulation of Ma Bell did for the small phone companies! I admit, I'm not too familiar with this area. Could you please expound some on your observations? Thanks!!!! Juanita
