LWD, I am already a bull on Genzl, but this makes me more bullish. One of the bugaboos of investing in biotechs is the constant need for money. Selling stock just dilutes the price for those of us who own it. I am happy to see that the deep-pocketed parent thinks enough of the research pipeline to open the wallet wide. That will help holders and the share price. MB
