Hi Juanita - The coming electrical de-regualation of the entire USA is already under-way in California. A friend of mine has started an energy brokerage biz where individuals can buy their electricity from anywhere in the country regardless of how far they live from the provider. Right now, you have to buy from whoever covers your area. So, the large suppliers who have enjoyed a protected market for their energy now will face competition from all suppliers everywhere - obviously going to be a huge boost to the smaller suppliers. My buddies co. sells energy which is produced in environmentally clean(er) ways. He is selling "green electricity" like hot-cakes in CA. ICVI's GAS RESERVES are going to be huge here (it burns clean), and the creation of ME is,IMO,due entirely to this coming deregulation. My hands are tired from all this typing - I'll say more later. ps. - once again - electrical deregulation will be H U G E !!! and yet,you don't hear much about it on wall st. Talk about gettin' in early ! G.
