Hello, Lorraine. Actually, thanks for bringing the suit to my attention at least. I agree with Regine and somewhat discount it as a typical business reaction. It is something to keep abreast of though.
After your post, I did some research and got a totally different perspective of Physio-Controls. THEY ARE DEFIBRILLATORS, in the US anyway. It's natural for them to defend their turf and they have resourses to do it. HTST downplaying the suit is to be expected also.

I'm sort of suprised that HTST didn't go through Alaska Air at first. Alaska Air is in the backyard, visible enough, and if they have glitches won't be as noticeable. BTW, I have been playing Voicemail tag with HTST IR. Sounds upbeat on tape though.
